Title says it all, we won't have 8 character slots at the start of our Xenoverse adventure. To take it even further we will only have 1 character slot of custom characters at the start of our Xenoverse adventure.
The other character slots are unlocked during the campaign. So people that were planning to take a bunch of themed names right away like blue,white,red,yellow etc or strong,fast,smart etc will have it a lot harder due to the fact that you need to play quite a bunch before getting your other character slots.
Anyway just wanted to share this with you people, I heard that it might be after the Saiyan-Saga that we have our 8 character slots but in a recent video I saw the account had access to only 1 character slot while already in the frieza saga so it is unsure at the moment when we get our other character slots in the story.

You can have the same name as someone else. It is by your account name that the game see you. Character name is only cosmetic.
